Not exactly sure how these values stack up, but personally, i wouldnt be putting water into my tank that already has nitrite, nitrate, copper and lead. Just seems like a bad idea, especially if you know its there.

The results are not that much different from most municipally treated water. That being said, there is still stuff in your water that you will probably want to remove using and ro or ro/di filter.
Just as a point of info, ro usually remove 93-96% of harmful contaminants, where as ro/di will remove up to 99.8%.
What is not usually listed on water treatment reports is phosphate levels which can lead to algae problems. Regardless of what report you get, I would highly reccommend using an ro or ro/di filter. The investment will pay off almost immediatley

thanks for the comments... i think you guys are right....i havenet had any troubles yet but ro/id is the way to go... expecially since i want to continue the hobby and get a bigger tank...guess ill have to save up some money.... any suggestions other than ---- for good and cheap ro or ro/di systems???
