Man, all that and to think all I did was add 3 peppermint shrimp to my tank and all the apstasia was gone in a week.
Guess I should have went the hard way...

+ 1 to this one
I added 2 to my 92 corner and I ordered my joes juice the same day. I looked in my tank the next day and they were still there. The second day and every one that I could see before were all gone. If I see any on the new livestock I get in I dose with Kalk mix and it kills them on the spot
.

Likewise. The only shrimp to survive my fuzzy dwarf is my blood shrimp.. and that's only because they're the same size as each other... for now.

Joes Juice is a mixture of gypsum (CaSO) and sodium bicarbonate and not CaOH (kalK), this is why you can dilute it with RO water. I think that Blue Life Aiptasia control is the same
according to joesjuice patent 7179478 it is not made of this...it is indeed Ca(OH)2 (calcium hydroxide)..purified water...and iodized salt...every patent website shows the same ingredients..so basically a much more expensive version of mixing your own kalk and water together....still waiting to hear what is in the aiptasia-x

When I put mine in I didn't see it for atleast 4 days and I thought it was dead. When I noticed my aptasia gone I figured it survived and it took about a week untill I finally seen it.

well most likely will not be getting anymore info since the product is not patented yet...but iwas assured it is not kalkwasser or any type of kalkwasser product....but has an agent that when it mixes with water, forms a sticky solution, which is what seals the mouth from releases more planera...hope this helps other having a problem!
