argonite ?

i have brown algae on my argonite reef sand bed. Can i vacuum to remove it? tank is approx 4 weeks set up.

I have the same problem I bought some nassarius snails and a fighting conch it is getting a little better.

Yep, Diatioms, part of a new tank symptoms. This will pass in time, if cycle is over then its time to add a clean up crew. Scarlet hermits, and various snails will help with that.
