ARO vs Ice cap ballast

Of the 2 ballast ARO electronic & ice cap electronic which is better in your oppinion & why?

MH or VHO

For VHO's ice cap.
why!! low heat emmited, had it for a while, zero problems.

It will be for MH lighting I know Ice Cap are good on the VHO side for that is what I currently have and very happy with justw ondering on this other brand for I am upgrading th MH soon and found company with good price with the ARO Brand. ALso found Coralvue BRand are they any good?

I have 2 250w IC MH ballasts and can't can say enough about them. They never get hot, the lights don't flicker, and they give you more options with regards to bulb choice. No complaints here.

From what I understand ARO is a comparable brand, but I have never used one.
