hey guys need help real fast, my roomate just got home from ft. pierce on a dive trip. and he cought a arrow crab and brought it home.. is it safe to add to my reef
My best friend had one and it had a nasty habit of eating his snails. I have heard several other people say the same thing so I have stayed away from them.
I had one before they tend to climb over corals and investgate things by picking at them. I haven't seem them eatting any bristle worms but the sure can annoy some corals by walking over them.
i talked with my lfs and im gonna keep a eye on him.. if anything ill move it to the fuge if i have any troubles. i figured my tank was a much better option than letting him die in the livewell.
