Not normally, depends on the size of your tank.
I have an arrow head and a cbs shrimp in my tank...and no issues what so ever.

When arrows get large the get aggressive. They will pick at corals and fish, so I would not keep one.

I have an arrow crab with 5 peppermint shrimp and a CBS. Never had a problem. (It is bigger than the shrimp) It hasn't ever picked at polyps or anything, except the one thing that it wouldn't leave alone is feather dusters. Mine will eat just about anything I give it. If it is full it will just hold it in a claw for later. Seems to be much less agressive than I had heard it would be.

Thats true, I completely forgot. - My first arrow head crab caught a firefish and ate it. - a) - In the crabs defense the fish was not active because I just added him to the tank. b) - It was actually cool to watch.

When arrows get large they will become aggressive. They eat any type of worm at any size, so feather dusters are not safe with them. Just weigh the risks of the crab. If you're getting a very small one, you may be just fine, but would you want to chance it? I always play it safe if I can.
