This was my project for a Theology assignment. It's the 7th Level of Hell from Dante's Inferno... This picture does not do it justice. Prismacolor marker and oil pastel on bristol board... 4ft x 2ft.

The only work I could find online here at work is a study model. Materials are newspaper and plaster. And if anyone loves architecture maybe they can appreciate this:
(mine is the piece in the front. The two others are my classmates)
Saynatsalo Town Hall by Alvar Aalto, 1949-52
Study by Adair Honaker.

well good luck. if it's anything like VT, you'll love it and absolutely hate it all at the same time. and def don't try to have a job and do it, it was impossible. i saw the sunrise more times during my time in the studio than i should have.
i'll see if i can put up some more work when I get home...i have a lot.

I'm mostly a lurker, but I enjoy art a lot. Here are two pastel portraits of my grandpas, and an oil painting that I attempted to copy from a brilliant young prodigy guy that was featured in Southwest Art Magazine. I can't remember his name though
Whoever he is, he's great and I wish I were half as good. I haven't painted in a year because I got pregnant and had a baby and I didn't think he'd appreciate my inhaling cadmium and cobalt dust.
I like "Little Green Men" a lot, and "The Seventh Level of Hell." I never would have thought to combine prismacolor markers and pastel

I <3 Aalto and that pretty much makes me a huge nerd (and youy too).
So you did an Aalto study in highschool? That is pretty impressive....I was stuck in auto-cad and technical drawing classes with no real architects when I was in highschool!
Good luck with Syracuse U!
