Assasi Trigger Acting Strange

I have had a 4 inch Assasi Trigger in my 100 gallon for
1 year and he has been a great fish. He's Very healthy and always hungry nailing food as soon as I put it in the tank perfectly.
Last month my friend gave me his 4 inch lionfish
from his tank and my trigger killed it and bit his eyes out
maybe 4 days after I got him. I didnt really get to see the
lionfish up close that good so I dont know if he was sick.
Now whenever I put food into the triggers tank, he goes for
it but totally misses completely almost like he's blind. His
eyes are normally beautiful. I've observed a slight
discoloration and cloudiness in them now. I'm very
upset about this.
All the water parameters are perfect, like they are in all my
tanks. I treated him with Greenex, Organicure, and
Marine Cure which supposedly help eliminate various
marine diseases. Is there anything else that can be
done for this fish? Please Help
Thanks

I'm no expert; but, don't lionfish sting? Maybe your trigger got it in the eyes during the scuffle? Hopefully, it's not a permanent thing.
Souljah, maybe you could try posting specifically for a shark's help and answer to the trigger's eye irritation or damage situation.
Wishing you the best!

Lionfish do have toxins, it is part of their defense mechanism. I'm sure this is the problem with your trigger.
I'm going to move your thread over to Aggressive, where you'll get more specific info.
Sorry!
