So I went to my LFS and they have some xenia that is not attached to a rock and I want it but I need to know where I can get Plastic Mesh to wrap around my rock while it gets attached
P.S. I have not gotten the coral as I wanted to know where I can find it. (Went to Home Depot and no luck maybe I just don't know what I am looking for)

you should go to a fabric store and get bridal mesh-the larger opening allow the heads to poke through and pulse.

You have to attach coral to a rock? You can't just place it on the rock and it'll attach itself? Oy, this is going to be a big learning process for me!

Using the mesh keeps it from being blown away by the current in the tank, 4 or 5 days and it should have attached itself to the rock. Personally I give it a week.

I have heard of some placing the rock and the coral in a plastic container, with holes for flow of course, and this allowed the coral to attach itself to the rock without the disturbance of flow or fish. I aint done this but I will.
