Attatching acrylic to glass???

I want to turn my old 75 into a sump with baffles and a refugium. I was wondering if I could use acrylic baffles with the glass sealer to make this work??

Using silicone sealant works fine for attaching baffles. This bond won't be very structuraly sound but with baffles the water pressure is the same, or close to it, on both sides so there is very little stress involved. Plus if one does fail/leak it doesn't matter that much.

I can agree with that depending on setup. 100% silicon will be fine. It would be just like adding an overflow on the inside of an aquarium.
Now if it were acrylic to acrylic then you would need to use something different for a water tight seal.

Thomas it's a glass aquarium and I'm thinking of using acrylic panels for baffels and to seperate the fuge from the return pump.

why not just use glass?
