I have one of the affected tanks. If one cord is plugged in and the other is not, the one that is not plugged in shocks you. Also, when you hook the lights up to seperate timers, the lights do not turn off when the timer goes off.

That is correct... so call Current USA and let them know, and then follow the recall procedures in that link.
