You GO girl!!!!! But seriously - u might want to wait until a long weekend to do it. I had a very significant problem with caffeine, so it might not be as bad for you - and as with everything, it's always different for different people, but I strongly suggest that you prepare before you undertake a detox.
Have plenty of fruit juices and fresh vegetables and fruits to eat. No fast foods and try to stay away from excessive sugars for the first few days. And I can not possibly stress this enough - DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. Think of it as medecine. Eight glasses a day. No exceptions, no excuses. You will become very dehydrated and you'll NEED the water, wether you feel it or not. Gatorade is good to, for electrolytes, but if you make sure your diet is good this wont be too much of an issue for you.
Take it slow. Don't plan any strenuous work or traveling. Plan to be in the house on your butt - well away from any sharp objects
for a couple days. And have lots of Advil around. I sugest specifically advil, b/c other brands of headache meds can contain large doses of caffeine, as headaches are often caused by enlarged blood vessels - caffeine is a vaso-constrictor.
Do some yoga when the nausea passes, too, it did WONDERS for me.
I wish you the best of luck.... keep us posted!!! :jumping:
