Avatar Not working

Cant add my avatar it is small under 50x50 but when I click to change avatar it says thanks for updating never a chance to browse for it.when I click on the link for more information on avatar it just throws me to the home page whats up with this site??? Help Also I get no emails when you reply to my threads
and I have it checked to email me thats not working either.

Try again later on the avatar...maybe they are doing site maintenance or something. And the EMAIL notification thing has been disabled by the board.

you have to have so many posts to get an one, I think it is 20 or 25.

heres a lil trick i did. I went to www.ballericons.com and just got an aim icon its free all you do i right click, hit save as, type in the name then find it locally. You can choose from thousands of them.
