I was not opening the store, personally...I was involved in the setup, etc.
I no longer have anything to do with that store.
I finally called it quits after the owner would buy the most expensive equipment, etc. that he could find. He didnt bargain shop at all and it didnt matter what it was or how much it cost. He wanted coral tables and I found them for $275 each...the day we were supposed to order them, I went to the store to find two coral tables, that he'd ordered behind my back...$650 EACH. So, he spent $1300 instead of $550, for the exact same things.
To me, the first thing on your mind, when opening your own business is "how can I save money??" This guy doesnt care and he's already ran out of money before he's even purchased the livestock for the store.
I wish him the best of luck, but I dont really think it's gonna work out.
