Awesome Crab?

All crabs are opportunistic feeders when you come down to it. There are no safe species... mostly just only safe sizes.

Are pom pom crabs and anemone crabs compatable together along with blue leg hermits? Will a pom pom crab take apart an anemone to get its "pom poms"?

But what if one of its anemones dies? If that happens will they take apart your anemone for a new one? Do the anemones need to be fed too or will the crab find food for it? And are pom poms compatable with anemone crabs and hermits?

i've had my boxercrab for about 8 months now and he lost one of his nem's and in time its starting to grow back! lol dont ask me how i have no clue! but deff a awsome crab to get just kinda sticks when you first get them they hide and hardly ever come out! but after time you will see him everywhere!

Yes, they will regrow if one falls off.
Their anemones are not like the anemones you are thinking of.. Think of its anemones as another crabs claws. The boxer crab sweeps its anemones on the substrate to find food, and ward off predators.

Ok thanks for all the info. Now what about compatability? Are anemone crabs compatable with pom poms and both of them compatable with hermits? And can either of these crabs be kept in pairs?

yes they are, i have 2 pom poms, hermits, anenome shrimp, anenome crab, sexy shrimp, cleaner shrimp, and 2 pepp, they all do well.........
