I got a small Humma last night. He is only about two inches long. I've read they are a very cool fish, and after watching him at the store for a couple weeks,I decided to go for it. He was doing fine for about two hours, then he just snapped, and went into what could only be called A FEEDING FRENZY. By the time i could do anything about it, He devistated my tank. The death list included;2green chromis,1 barr gobie. My yellow tang, and clown were both injured in the assult. I took him back today and the fish store guy took him back, and for compisation, gave me a juvie Emperor angel I've been wanting. Hope the injured fish survive, but happy for now with my new Emperor. THE ADVENTURE CONTINUES STEVE

Aloha! Yes, I'm in Hawaii and love it! I just snorkeled with some humus and Clownfish is right. They can only be kept in fishonly aggressive tanks where they will be intelligent fun aquarium fish. They are awesome, but DEFINATLEY not comunity fish! Good luck in the future!

I just got a tiny 1.5" clown triggerfish and he gets along fine with my other fish! I thought by getting him small I'll have a chance of him getting along w/ other fish, but, after hearing this story now I wonder!

That clown trigger will grow pretty large, so put it in a separate tank with other predatory fish when the time comes. I would say a few months.
