Baby brine shrimp

I just hatched my first batch of baby brine shrimp . Was wondering if I bought a small tank to put my hatchlings in , would they stay alive ? There is a lot more than I thought and can`t use them all in one day . So I`d assume I could put the babies in a tank and get some when I need them . If so should the water be 80-82 like for hatching ? Or 75-80 ?

I've never been able to keep them alive more than a week. I tried a 10 gal setup, but didn't make a difference. I just skim the egg shells off the surface and introduce new tank water occasionally.
What setup did you use?
I use a soda bottle with air line clamped to the inside of my 100 gal to regulate heat/light.

I bought a kit that has the mount for a 2 liter bottle . I used a 65 watt bulb with an aluminum reflector and seemed to do good once I figure the correct distance . I tried it in my tank years ago and never hatched .

I use a 1 gallon milk jug 3/4 full of tank water, add a very small amount of eggs. I add an airstone and leave the jug on the basement floor. Everyday or so I will crush up flake food to a super fine powder and put in there for them. They are only nutritional for several hours after they hatch. Unless you are feeding just born fish fry, not worth it IMO. When I need some out I will use a turkey baster to suck some out of the jug. Barry
