Baby Condy

Just thought i drop a pic of a baby condi I found in my tank recintly.I think hes about 3 weeks old or so.

Hi Thomas,
I will get my hubby to take pics tonight and post tommrow. Weird huh?One day a couple of weeks ago I was cleaning the tank and noticed one tenticle of the condy was pinched looki8ng hanging on by a thread about 1/2 inch long and then it "dripped off" and blew down to the sand. At that point it looked like a piece had just broke off.By the next day, it had swelled up and attached it self to the sand.It looks clear pinkish and the top has lines like the top is going to split into pieces ,there also seems to be a "mouth" part in the middle. I never saw anything like it

Yup looks like a mushroom to me too.
When you mentioned that a tentacle of your condy broke off, I was thinking it was a mushroom that got caught by the condy and was let go moments later.

Looks very much like a mushroom to me as well. I agree with Vipers' analysis.

From the first picture it looks like a jellyfish.

Im pretty sure its not a mushroom cause it moves all on its own.
Mushrooms can move around as well - you just dont see it as often.
