baby nudibranch? or snail?

can anyone tell me what this thing is in the photo? i have a couple of lettuce nudibranchs (how do they reproduce? a-sexual?)and have snails laying eggs everywhere. i hope it a nudibranch.

Looks like a full grown Nudibranch to me but the pictures are not quite detailed enough. As a guess I would say it appears to be a Leather Coral or Xenia grazer.

Remove them. I bet they are predatory. The numbers they are in..... well let's just say no one is THAT lucky to get SIX good things.

just did a water change and got 2 out can't get to the rest right now. wish i knew what they were

its about and inch long now. 3 left. the bottom pic is the lettuce nudi. can anyone confirm its a baby nudi, if not what type.

Huh? Wha? Wha? It's "frilly" now!!
Those other pics looked like a Arminid... which eats corals. Latest bottom pic looks rather "friend-like".
EDIT: Oops... 2 different critters..... the frilly one looks like a Elysia.... more than likely a lettuce. The other one looks like an Arminid.... not your friend.

thnak you for the name on the nudi. did some research and they eat soft corals so out they go. at least the ones i can catch. thanks again cranberry

Arminid Sea Slug is the common name.... the scientific could include the Arminia spp or the Dermatobranchus spp.... look up Dermatobranchus.
