Well, we'll need to know more about your tank (age, filtration, specific water quality, other inhabitants)...how long the shark has been hatched, what you've tried feeding it. I am assuming this is a cat shark of some sort (spotted, striped bamboo)
its a banded cat shark hes been hatched abot 4 weeks 180 gallon umm thers some baby mollys in there tanks been going for a year pumping bout 800 gallons per hour umm sand sub r/o water everything that should be there perims are good
I have had to hand feed some sharks at first by bumping the food right under the mouth. I know it's not pc, but I have had a few sharks that were at deaths dore that I had to give a force feed. I have saved three sharks doing this and have not lost any. I took the shark out of the tank and had a friend push a few feeders down its throat head first. This would be a last resort. I have also had to get sharks and rays started with live food. If you don't have access to good live stuff just try as many things as possible.
i find its best to actually turn off the pumps and filters while feeding, and do it at night with a blue light on in the room so you can see. i had a baby bamboo once and i would do that, then let mysis shrimp fall down right to where his mouth was. at that point he should be able to eat them up because the pumps or filters wont be pushing the food around and he wont be able to see you near the tank with the lights out,.
