Baby Starfish!!

So I was looking in m tank today and noticed a little baby starfish!!. He is about the size of a pencil eraser.
I have a sand sifting starfish in my tank now and this little guy looks like he has the same color scheme. Can my starfish reproduce without another? I have had him for almost a year.
I just bought some new corals from the LFS about 2 days ago so he might have hitchhiked on one of those without me seeing.
Any ideas if this could be a Sandsifting starfish or something else?

It's not a baby, it's full sized.
