Not sure if it's legal in Texas but there are businesses that do casino nights. Everyone is given play money to hit the tables. At the end of the night there is an

where you bid on prizes with your winings.

You can do that with tickets which are linked to doorprizes.

I have been to a couple of company parties that were casino night style . They are actually pretty fun stuff .

Here's some ideas:
Casino's are fun
Comedy Club
Ball games
Dueling Piano bars
Brewery Tours(or whatever local stuff there is in your towen that also involved getting drunk)
Boating(if you live on a river or lake)
Dinner Theatre shows

You gotta be careful about the Casino Jenny, make sure everybody brings only money they can "afford" to lose. BUT that is hard because people ALWAYS bring alot of money in their pockets for bachelor parties..
