Bob your tank is done cycling when the Ammonia, and Nitrite is 0 and the Nitrates are low below10. This thread is getting tough to follow!

mx a refractometer is the most accurate but it will cost you about $100.00, they are good to have if your fish get a disease and have to do hyposalinity treatment.
