I'm gonna get flamed , i didnt answer it i told him to concentrate on getting better, my last marriage was abusive to both me and my children so i am skittish about making that jump but tobin has proposed countless times i will continue to love and care for him because he is my best friend and he has said he will wait for me - i do love the boy to shreds
tday he is more concious he is in a great deal of pain as you can imagine but he is pulling his knees up so that is a wonderful sign i think, he still tries to pull the tubes from his mouth and nose so they won't free his hands yet i will write more on a new thread tomrrow ...jenny

I am glad he is more awake..He can fight through the pain...its only temporary..If he is moving around that is good...Tell him if he's a good boy and quit pulling on the tubes..That I will let him come to Atlanta and vist us..
Tell him that we are all pulling for him and know that he will get better..

Thank you so much Jenny. And, we just found out yesterday that my son is finally cancer free from his thryoid cancer. His scan was clean and his tumor markers were normal. Yay!!! Now, here's to hoping I get the same news after my scans next month. And, congratulations on the marriage proposal, even if you do need time (which who could blame you) it's great to see that he is thinking straight!
