Yep, Socal sent me information on it. I was not even thinking about elevating the tank water, which is why it didn't make sense to me.

I am currently drip acclimating and temperature floating my new tank mate in my quarantine tank. What I did was cut and float the bag in the tank with the lights off. I use one of those hair claw clips to hold it to the side of the tank, which works really really well because there is enough space between the claws on the clip for airline tubing to fit without getting pinched off. I took some water out of the tank, put it in a bucket, and elevated it to drip directly into the bag that is floating. Its working well, although its only a 10 gal QT and I am not sure how much water will be left after 2 hours of acclimation!
