Ballast Replacement????

I have a custom sealife 4x65 PC and need a new ballast for it. can anyone tell me where and what type I need anwhat should the price be?

Most here will tell you to buy the Ice Cap Ballast, as they run cooler than most others. At a cost of $180.

I see the IceCap 660 all over the place for $159, and you might even be able to find a sale with a lower price than that.
