balled up condi

Today the bigger condi decided to ball up and go with the current.
He was the one that got caught up in PH some weeks ago. He has been doing fine behind reef since the accident.
I moved him about while I cleaned my rocks earlier and he does not stink. Smells normal and all. Feels real tight so I assume he is just going with the current so far.

this is common in anemones- it is how they rid themselves of toxins- (just like humans pee) but it should perk back up within the next day if not- it could be b/c it is unhealthy

If it seems to 'float with the current,' it's likely unhappy with its current suroundings. Most of the time when anemones expel their wastes, they have their foot attached somewhere so that they don't float away. Saying that the anemone has taken its foot off the rock, crunched up, and deflated itself, is telling me that it's trying to move to a different location. Just leave it, and hopefully he'll find the spot in the tank, otherwise it will die.
