Reefer, a couple words of caution. First, you're talking about 2 sharks, 1 ray and one eel. The sharks and eel will need plenty of liverock to crawl around and the ray needs open space. IMO you may have too many bottom dwellers.
On another note, your only "open water" swimmer is the yellow tang. Most of the time, this will be the only visible fish in your tank. You can set up your tank to your taste, but in my opinion I'd do 2-3 bottom dwellers and add swimmers to your list. I only say this because my tank is somewhat similar and this is what I've done.
Also, the lion will probably be ok but realize that the sharks and eel are almost blind and very clumsy... they may have run ins with the lion. How much LR are you planning? Anyway, your tank will be amazing and good luck.

Tangs, foxface, moorish idols, butterflies, large damsels, large clowns, boxfish, sweetlips, cowfish... that's all I can think of right now.

I would argue strongly against the moorish idols and sweetlips...and probably many butterflyfish in this type of system. If it were more of a reef tank perhaps (for the moorish idols). But things like sweetlips and moorish idols overall have a poor chance of survival, IMO...and a major need for diverse diets and frequent feedings (again for the moorish). I wouldn't try them unless you are aiming to keep THEM specifically. But certain larger tangs (eg naso), some butterflies (eg Heniochus), foxface, larger wrasse, squirrelfish, groupers, possibly larger angels though I've seen them pick at eyes of sharks, lionfish, perhaps puffers might be considerations.

Ohiura what do you think of a harlequin tusk in a tank like that? :notsure: :notsure:

One of my absolute favorite aggressive fish (along with miniatus grouper)
I should think it would be OK...but I'll admit to never keeping one in such company.
