banded and coral carsharks?

hey guys
i was just wondering if they are both the same shark?
i hear the coral catshark is more active, but my lfs states is the same as a banded

A banded cat shark is a brownbanded bamboo shark so yes they are different. They're both noctornal species so they're not real active, although each individual is different. My bamboos(especially my whitespotted, I rarely see him just laying on the sand) seem more active than the coral cats at the lfs but maybe those ones are just real lazy.

My coral cats spend most of the day inactve.
The female is more active then the male normally, and has jumped out of the tank before.
It depends on the dispostion of the shark I guess.
The coral cats are both more active then my wobbie.
