Banded Cat Adult?

I see people here mentioning banded cat pups in their FOWLR tanks w/ triggers and lions. I am curious how big do cat sharks get, and how fast? Ive got a 125 now, but am debating between an eel, a shark, and a volitan for a centerpiece for the tank. Thanks for the info...

they get between 3-4 feet long.

The shark will look great right now but will bring you a ton of headaches down the road.go with a volitan or a eel.A shark is just not suited for that tank at adult size.

if you have the means to go with a bigger tank down the road go with the shark it is your tank get want you want . but not all triggers are nice . good luck and have fun

BTW, healthy sharks grow astonishingly fast, IME. I've had about 16 pups, and they easily made it well over a foot in about a year or so.

I tend to believe you should wait for the bigger tank, then start buying livestock for it.

no triggers with sharks.. also my shark ive had a ittle over a year maybe noit evan and hes about 18-20 inches already
as ophiura said if healthy and good environment with the correct fe3eding they will grow quick!
