Banded shark died....

I fed him 2 days before and ever since then he would kind of arch up. Came home from work and he was rolled over on his side and passed on. Any ideas why?

That sucks!!
At that age, they are really hard to get started eating. Next time try feeding food that has a pretty bad smell to it. (Silversides, Octo, squid). Also, do it in the dark.

I fed him squid, shrimp, mussels, and some cuttle fish. He ate like a pig. I don't understand him just out of the blue dying. I was talking to one of my friends about it and I used to have a anomone, could he have been stung and had eternal bleeding?

What kind of substrate do you have? Sometimes, they scratch their bellies, & it get's infected. Sorry to hear of your loss though
