Banning fireworks in CA and maybe NV.

I'm watching the news right now on TV and they are saying they might ban fireworks this year in CA and maybe NV because of the fires.

they have been banned for years in Illinois, and on 4th of july the skies are lit up. they cant arrest everyone

here about every year there is a burn ban due to everything being dry and when they enact te burn ban it also includes fireworks.

Banning fireworks, damned communists

I think they would do better to have designated areas where people can set them off. Concentrate it all and it will make for a heck of a party.

About these burn bans, do firefighters still have controlled burns in these places to take care of unwanted houses? Do you guys know, just curious.

if you are the owner and pay a fee but even those are suspended during burn bans

It has been WET in houston, and I have some fireworks to burn, The really funny thing is that where I'm blowing them up this year is right next to a firestation. HeHE the irony is wondeful

Another reason for fireworks restrictions. Accidents from fireworks can be permanantly disfiguring or even fatal. Please do not allow kids to handle fireworks. Many adults are also careless.
