Bartlett Anthias fighting

I have had 3 bartlett anthias in my tank for about 4 weeks and one has begun changing to male. He has cornered one of the females in the top corner of the tank and won't let her leave. She still eats and hits the rocks to sleep though. Any suggestions on what to do here or just let it play out?

Nothing you can do unless you take it out. when Anthias fight they lock mouths and one or both can get seriusly injured but again nothing you can do unless you take one out. Hopefully it want get that bad.

Are you suggesting to take one out and quarantine or should I just let it play out and let one establish his ground?

My LFS made a good point that it may also be a male, just changing later and the bully is becoming the dominate male.

Actually I do come there often. My father lives there and just got a reef tank for christmas. There are only 2 stores that I know of, it would be interesting to hear which one you think is better than the other. My father does all his shopping at the one in Irmo.

YEP the one in irmo is the only one to go to, the other one is HORRIBLE they dont QT their fish or anything, that place drives me nuts. But the one in irmo is wonderful, he always gets me what I've wanted if he did not have it. Always been there to answer my questions and help, he really is a good guy and knows what he is talking about. All his livestock are in excellent condition. It sucks we cant give out LFS names on here b/c I would promote his store. Defintly has the best prices I've seen also.
