Basement sump equipment room

I am planning to place my sump and equipment in the basement below the tank and am looking for advice and lessons learned. i am planning to go with a large watering tank from the TSC for my main sump, DSB, and live rock. This will also house the skimmer and other equipment as I figure this out. First question is what water tank. I have found two that are the same in gallon different in design and price though. Looking to get some feedback from others with the same systems or with the same tanks. I have pasted links to the tanks so you can see what I am seeing.

I actually like this one becasue it comes with a 1 1/2 drain in the bottom front that might come in handy. But is that worth the extra cash, when I could put one in the other one for less?

you are gonna want the one with the bulkhead built in if you are pumping to the first floor because the pump you are going to need is gonna be external. make sure you replace the stock bulkhead with one from one of the fish supply sources you use because the stock one tends to leak. i havent hooked one up personally but going to be doing it soon since i am building a new house with a basement, so i have been researching.

FYI, the links indicated were not working.
Your description is pretty much the design that I have in my basement. I have a 100 gallon refugium that drains into a 150 gallon rubbermaid sump. I would recommend having separate sump and fuge because you don't want the snails, rubble, macro or sand getting into the pump and clogging it. Also, it will be difficult to install a baffle in the rubbermaid because of its shape.
I'd just get a cheap tank with a drain for the fuge, with rock and DSB. Then the TSC tub should be only to increase water volume and for equipment. JMO.
