Bat Fish

I recently bought a batfish for my 120 gal. When he is swimming he kinda tilts down a little, there is also these white spots on him also, very small, they weren't there when I bought him. Are these bad or is it just part of his colors?

is it disscoloration, or does it look like small grains of salt(ich) on the fishs body????

their shiney... i just did a water change and hes doing fine, my nitrate was a little higher than what is should
