Bathroom Stalls

Do bathroom stalls come in a standard size? Are they customizable?
Do luxary places get luxary stalls? I get frustrated when I have to menuver around in one, but have a hard time.

Airports have really small ones. Alot of them but they are really small.

I was told in a certain very expensive luxury hotel, each stall has its own sink and whatnot..

You have to be handicapped to get the bigger stalls...they are luxurious. Complete with a total 16 square feet for manueverability and rails for added grip for those moments when you truly need to hold on for dear life.

LOL...I always go in the handicapped...I hate those tiny stalls...where the doors open in so you practically have to stand on the darn toilet to get it open...
