Some places don't run your credit card until the item ships. It could be on back order or drop shipped direct from the manufacturer. Either way 6+ days without telling you what's going on is no way to run a business. I don't know where you bought it from but check their shipping policy (if they have one listed) to see what the deal is.

Any site that does not have a phone number posted without you having to search should be used with caution. Although alot of places don't charge your card until the item has shipped I would be very upset if I had emailed them and they don't respond. That usually means they are understaffed or just not that concerned with a customer after you have made a purchase. Have you been charged yet or have they responded to your emails ? If not, think of the issues you will have if the product is defective. Its a risk I wouldn't take. I would call your credit card company, tell them about the purchase and your concerns and have them decline the charge when it is attempted. Best of luck.
