Do you have it in direct light? My piece has some size to it now, nowhere near as large as yours, but I've always kept mine in the shade. I've always thought it has crazy potential to be really nice! Yours is insane for sure

Yup started off as a thumbnail sized frag from Mr_X (Doug). Maybe silver dollar or a little bigger in size right now. It is sitting on a pc. of rock which is sitting on the sand in direct light. Doug told me he had it the same way under 250watts of MH.

Sorry made a mistake here. Doug, I talked to him yesterday, said he had it under 400 watt MH not 250 watt.

i havent seen Mr_X on the boards lately. i bought some pieces from him almost 2 years back. hes got some nice things. that chalice looks nice
