What would be the corals I should get for my 29G
What are the hardy ones?

I doubt you can have anything with those lights.

Unfortunately you need to purchase new lights. Certain corals will not grow and can die unless they are in the right lighting.
Power compact lights are good for soft corals and some LPS
Metal halides and some T-5's can house most corals including SPS and anenomes.
Lots of options in lighting so do some research. Good luck.

Sun coral require little to no light. You have to feed them often though and should keep that in mind. Only one option if you cannot upgrade your lighting at this time. They sell them here in a few different colors.
