Berlin Air 60 Skimmer ?

Is this skimmer any good? I read a couple reviews that said it was not the best, but it was not bad.

I have it on my 29 Gal tank. It works ok. It will pull some crap out of the water, but can be difficult to keep working correctly. As the airstone gets covered with stuff over time you have to increase the airflow from the pump to keep it skimming. It takes fairly frequent adjustments (every week or two) to keep it skimming.
