berlin turbo skimmer

thought I might get a few more hits in here than in equipment. I got a berlin turbo off of ----, with no instructions or diagrams, I have tried to set it up as best as I can figure, plus some info from other posts, but it does not appear to be catching any foam, and I know my water needs to be cleaned! Anyways I have it set up with a berlin turbo pump that came w/it. The pump is hooked to the bottom input, then there are two spouts at the top that I am using as water outputs, and then I believe there are two airline inputs, I have one connected to the berlin turbo pump airline output and the other is connected to a whisper air pump. Is this right am I missing something, or some piece of equipment. Just trying to get desired results. Anyone with info would be greatly appreciated.

The only air line running to mine goes into the pump. The other end is just open and goes up through a hole in the skimmer where there is a white plastic screw that you can control the amount of air being sucked into the pump. I do not have an airpump hooked into mine.

My set up is like Tang said. It took about two days for me to see foam. I also remember having to really make sure the cup was pressed down really tight and adjusted the little white plastic knob to where the water in skimmer container looked chalky white.

so does the airline hose go into the side with the white screw or the other side without the white screw?

I bought one last month with all my other stuff.
I have not hooked it up yet but have 2 sets of instructions.
1 for the skimmer and 1 for the pump.
They seem a bit confusing but it is some info.
