best algae for fuge

What is the best algae for my fuge. i plan on adding some sps sometime. what else do you add to a fuge besides algae.

I'd like to know about the algae too.
Besides that you will need a deep sand bed and some small pices of live rock for pods to populate in.

Id say chaetomorpha since it wont go asexual on you. You can also try xenia. Although they are a bit more diffcult to keep than macros.

I personally use cheato also. I have heard ppl using xenia also but it requires considerably more lighting and since I dont really have a high nutrient export need cheato does fine for my setup. Calepra is also used while it can go sexual if you maintain it via cutting many have had success with it also

I think mangroves are the best thing to add to a fuge. They reduce nitrate to nothing.For a clean up crew nassarius snails.

chaeto, or if you want to use Caulerpa try prolifera (sp?) since it goes sexual less often.
