Best Filter for Carbon

What is the best filter to get that I can load full of Black Diamond carbon? I already have a main wet/dry but I need some small filter just for carbon for a reef setup.

Maybe a small Fluval canister? I have a Fluval canister, it is great for filter media. Maybe you can ind a used one for cheap.

I would say an emperor 400, but use it without the biowheel

Or pretty much any HOB would work.
Notice: removal of biowheel is optional..
