Have you thought about a dwarf angel? They are colorful and do not get very large. I would not put a trigger or tang in a 55 as they will outgrow it. What type of puffer do you have?

Flame angels are crazy beautiful and should do well in a 55 tank. Coral beauties are also nice. Take the damsels back for store credit.

in my expierance with my fuzzy dwarf, he has been VERY easy to care for. Fuzzy's are notorious for not eating frozen food. but when i was at my LFS i saw him and the salesman said that he was eating frozen food already. i made him show me that he was eating frozen food before i bought him. not he is living happily off of frozen krill and frozen silversides. but if you do end up getting a fuzzy dwarf just make sure that you get one that is already eating frozen food. dont impulse buy as it could end up costing you in the long run. mine was $25 at the LFS

yeah that fuzzy dwarf lion is sounding better and better. do u have to use a feeding rod thing for him. or just throw the silversides in there and he finds them??

i use a feeding probe and i target feed him. it was like 3.99 at my LFS. i am working on trying to hand feed him. he will swim up to my hand and look at the food but he wont take it yet.

I'd check to make sure it is eating before you buy one as they are notorious for not eating in captivity.

I have a saddle valentini puffer, he stays pretty small and is a great fish for a 55 gallon. I also have a half black dwarf angel in my 55 gallon fish only tank, he does great and is alot of fun to watch. I wanted a lion but didnt want to chance an accident of getting stuck... they are really cool looking fish though
