in my experience, cardinals and damsels are absolutely bulletproof.
after those two, I'd recommend clownfish.
then, blennies.
most centropyge angels are hardy, but I'd recommend a grounding probe if you have an angel...some invaluable advice that I got from Beth a good while back.
