I was wondering what everyone thinks the best type of food is for this Damsel? I have one and he loves his marine flakes. I also give him some brian shrimp and blood worms every once and a while. Hes doing good witht his diet but i just wanted to know what everyone else feeds theres.

what your feeding sounds pretty good. its not so much what you feed (you know, as long as it isnt turkey
) as much as variety.

well your brime shrimp dont have very much nutritional value, its like feeding your kids candy. its a good occasional treat, but you might want to substitue some frozen mysis shrimp instead.

ok ill give that a try. Ive also seen the frozen marine cuisine (Saltwater Multi-Pack). Theres also stuff like Daphnia, Krill, Plankton, Tubifex Worms, Beefheart, and mosquito larvae. are any of these good?

Damsels will eat pretty much anything, but for his health you may want to think about frozen formula foods. There are many of them available. They have a nice mix of meats and veggies in them.
