Best Hang-on Filter ?

WHAT IS THE BEST HANG ON FILTER FOR A 20 GAL. QT/HT ?
IS THE 25 GAL. ECLIPSE SYSTEM A GOOD CHOICE FOR A QT/HT?

Emperor 400 should do the trick. Can be had for about $41 online. 2 media chambers

Well,maybe 1 of the best hang on filter on the market is those aqua king or supreme king filters the filter lays at the bottom draws the water through and even poly filter can placed or cut to fit there and you can because it looks like a very small sump could possiably add smalls pieces of live rock, of course you would have too take them out every time you change filter pads.There is even a air injection valve.The motors are big depending on model and perhaps just a little noisey.They are made by eg danner.
