best light bulbs for a 48in light set up.

i friend just gave me a 48in light set up for four of the long florecent lights. now
what four light bulbs should i put in there to have unlimited coral selection in my 72g
tank the tank is 13in wide 48in long and
22and 1/2 tall.

Your tank size sounds like a 55 gal. not a 72.
As for 40 watt bulbs I would get 2 atinics and two 65k or 10k bulbs. But be warned, you will be limited on the corel selection. This is a good low light reef tank.
I would get a book on corels to help you out what to buy.

ok i want to put a few corals in there with that tipe of lighting what tipe of corals can i put in there

Mushrooms, polyps, some gargonians, colt, some leathers. Read up on low light corels.
Their are more, i'm having a brain cramp.

Polyps, mushrooms, soft corals and LPS corals. Gorgians are not for the normal home reef tank.
