best light combo

i was wondering what would be the best combo for a 55 gal FOWLR?
i'm getting the twin tube strip lights... i know for sure the i'm putting a 48" actinic blue (40 watts)... what would be better to coincide with that? high intensity 20,000 K or 10,000 K or 50/50 full spectrum lights...

The actinic and the 50/50 full spectrum would be enough for just FOWLR. If you ever would like to add things such as anenomies soft corals and/or anything other than fish then I would consider getting more or better lighting to start. The stronger lighting on a FO tank will make it look more like nature and wont bother the fish.
