Best medication for ICH?

Other than hyposalinity of course, I would like some opnions on what has worked for any of you. I currently have no problem; however, if I would have a breakout it would be nice to have something ready. Tank has a fish, shrimp, snails, hermits, and LR only. No corals, sponges, etc...

a cleaner wrasse or cleaner shrimp are also a good source of help these guys will eat the ich right off the fish ..adds new livestock to your aquarium as well so can't be too bad of a choice.
